How points, tiers and rewards work.

Create a free Kkumi account with just your email and we'll send you a one-time code to sign in. Once you've joined you'll be able to start earning points on your orders. Opt-in to receiving emails for a buy one, get one free Colour Pop Kit code.

Earn {earn} on your order subtotal after discounts. Things like shipping, tax and order add-ons (e.g., signature on delivery) don't earn points. Points are added when your order is paid, and your earning rate increases as you move up the tiers.

  • Second order: {second_order} after your second order is paid.
  • Birthday: {birthday} on your birthday each year. Add your birthday in your account. It can only be set once. If you add it close to your birthday, you'll receive your first bonus the next year.
  • Referrals: {referral} each for you and a friend when they join through your link and they pay for their first order of $20 or more.
  • Reviews: {review} for a verified review with extra points for including a photo or video.

Exchange points for store credit, free products, or other rewards in your account ({redeem}). To use store credit, select “Store credit” at the checkout payment step. Reward codes can be entered at checkout. If a reward code expires unused, its points are returned to your balance.

Club members who opt in to marketing emails get a buy one, get one free Colour Pop Kit code. Signing up to emails also gives you access to exclusive drops, alerts, and announcements. You can unsubscribe any time. 

There are three tiers: Trainee, Rookie, and Idol. Your tier is based on your lifetime spend; this includes orders placed before you joined the Kkumi Club. Each tier earns points faster (25% more for Rookie, 50% more for Idol) and unlocks additional benefits and rewards. Refunded or cancelled orders are deducted from your total, which may change your tier.

Your points expire if you don't earn or spend any points for 12 months. We'll email you before that happens.

Points earned on refunded items are deducted in proportion to the refund; cancelling an order deducts any points earned from that order. Your points balance will never fall below zero.

No. Club membership and marketing emails are separate. Unsubscribing from marketing emails doesn't affect your points or tier. However, please note that by unsubscribing we will be unable to email you about certain Club benefits, such as drops, restocks, or points reminders.
