Additional Terms

Membership is free. Joining the Club and earning or redeeming points does not require subscribing to marketing emails. Marketing opt-in is separate and unlocks extra perks only. Membership is personal to you, for your own use, and is not transferable.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails doesn't affect your membership, your tier, or any points you've already earned. It only pauses marketing-only perks until you opt back in.

Kkumi Club points are called "Polco Points". You earn 1 Polco Point for every $1 (AUD) you spend on eligible purchases. Points are calculated on the product price you pay, and may exclude shipping, taxes, gift card purchases, and amounts paid with store credit or points. Points are credited once an order is complete. If an order (or part of it) is later cancelled, returned, or refunded, the points earned on the refunded amount are reversed.

You can redeem points in multiples of 1,000. Each 1,000 points is worth $5 off a future order (so 2,000 points = $10, 3,000 points = $15, and so on), and points may also be redeemable for free products or other rewards we offer in the Club from time to time.

Points are redeemed as described at checkout or in your account. Points and rewards have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred or sold. Where a reward is redeemed as money off an order, it is a money-off benefit and is subject to the promotions rules in Part B.

Some Club-related rewards are only available for customers opted into marketing. For example, 24/72-hour priority restock alerts, bonus-point events, and promotional offers like BOGO require an active marketing subscription.

Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity, that is, no points earned or redeemed in that period. Any activity resets the 12-month period.

Every club member has a personal referral link. When someone new to Kkumi joins through your link, they receive 500 points (worth $2.50) as a welcome bonus, and you receive 500 points (worth $2.50) as a thank-you.

Both rewards are credited as pending and can't be redeemed until your referred friend completes their first qualifying order of $20 or more, excluding shipping and after any discounts. Your thank-you points and their welcome points are released at that point. If that order is later cancelled or refunded, the welcome and referral points tied to it are reversed.

Referrals are for genuine new customers only. Self-referrals, duplicate or fake accounts, and other abuse aren't permitted, and we may withhold or reverse referral rewards and close accounts where abuse occurs.

We may adjust, withhold, or reverse points and rewards, and may suspend or close a Club account, where we reasonably believe there has been fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms or our Terms of Service. Points and rewards tied to a closed account are forfeited.

The Kkumi Club is offered at our discretion.

We may change how the Kkumi Club works, including how points are earned and how they are redeemed, on reasonable notice. Changes to how points are earned apply to purchases made after the change.

What we will not do is reduce the redemption value of the points you have already earned. If we restructure the points system — for example, by re-scaling the points to a new unit — we will convert your existing balance so that its redemption value is preserved

If any change would still reduce the value of points you have already earned, we will give you reasonable notice and a period to redeem those points under the existing terms before the change takes effect.

Points and rewards you have already validly redeemed are not affected, and nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Points and rewards are not legal tender and give you no proprietary rights.

If we close the Kkumi Club or wind down the business, we will give reasonable notice and, where we are able, a period to redeem outstanding points before they lapse.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

From time to time we run promotions and offers. Each promotion or offer is subject to these terms and to any specific terms we publish for it; where they conflict, the specific promotion's terms apply. Offers have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and apply only while the offer is available.

How offers combine depends on what they do. Offers that add something to your order — for example, a free gift, free shipping, or a free product — can generally be combined with one another on the same order. Money-off benefits — for example, a "$ off" discount code or referral credit — are limited to one per order and do not combine with each other. Some offers can't be combined, for technical or commercial reasons; where a limit applies, checkout will show which offers have been applied to your order. Free shipping thresholds are always measured on your order total after any money-off (see our Shipping Policy).

From time to time we may offer a gift, bonus, or discount as an incentive to join our mailing list or take part in other activities. Each such offer is subject to its own published terms and to the standard conditions below.

Unless we state otherwise: each offer is limited to one use per customer; offers cannot be applied to past orders; we may set eligibility conditions and exclude certain products; and we may change, pause, or withdraw any offer at any time (this will not affect an offer yo have already validly redeemed).

• Gift cards can be purchased on our website and redeemed toward eligible purchases at kkumi.com.au. They are issued in Australian Dollars.
• Gift cards are valid from three (3) years from the date of issue, and the expiry date is shown with the card. No activation, account-keeping, or other post-purchase fees apply.
• Gift cards can be used across multiple orders until the balance is used up (partial redemption).
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash (except where required by law) and cannot be reloaded.
• Please treat a gift card like cash — we cannot replace cards that are lost or stolen, or used without your authorisation except where the law requires.

• Store credit may be issued for returns (see our Returns & Refunds Policy) or as a goodwill gesture. It is issued in Australian Dollars and applied to future eligible purchases.
• Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date it is issued. It is offered as a goodwill alternative to a refund for change-of-mind returns, as part of a promotion, or as a goodwill gesture. Store credit never replaces a refund or other remedy you are entitled to under the Australian Consumer Law.
• Store credit can be used across multiple orders (partial redemption), cannot be redeemed for cash, and is not transferable.

• If an order paid for with a gift card or store credit is refunded, the refund will be returned as a gift card or store credit.
• We may cancel or reverse any gift card or store credit obtained through fraud, error, or abuse.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If we change these terms, the change applies to gift cards and store credit issued after the change. Cards and credit already issued keep the terms they were issued under.

If we wind down the business, we will give reasonable notice and, where we are able, a period to redeem outstanding store credit and gift cards before they lapse. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Some Kkumi products are released through a Greenlight Campaign: this is a pre-order period during which a product is offered for sale before it is manufactured. If a campaign reaches its funding goal (the "Goal"), the product is placed into production. By placing a Greenlight order, you are pre-purchasing the product described on the campaign page.

Payment is taken in full when you place an order. Your price is fixed at that time and will not change, even if a product's price changes after the campaign closes.

The product you receive will correspond to the description on the campaign page. Prototype images and renders are indicative only. Minor variations between the prototype and the final item may occur, but the item will not differ materially from what was described.

Each campaign page states an estimated dispatch window. This is an estimate based on our pledging, production, and shipping timelines and is not a guaranteed dispatch date. If the estimated window changes, we will notify you by email.

5.1 Before dispatch. You may cancel a Greenlight order and receive a full refund at any time before the item is dispatched, for any reason. To cancel, contact us at hello@kkumi.com.au. Refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5.2 After dispatch. Once a Greenlight order has been dispatched, it is subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy on the same terms as any other order.

5.3 If a campaign does not proceed. If a campaign does not reach its Goal, or we decide not to proceed with production for any reason, all orders placed in that campaign are refunded in full to the original payment method automatically. No action is required from you.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law or our Kkumi Guarantee. Greenlight products carry the same consumer guarantees as all other Kkumi products.
